It is an e-book, not a hard copy. The cookbook comes in a downloadable PDF format, sent to your email.
What can I expect in the cookbook?
Inside the cookbook, you'll discover a curated collection of timeless family recipes, from appetisers to delicious desserts, including some vegetarian options.
Each dish is infused with tradition and nostalgia, accompanied by a few heartfelt stories from my grandpa’s life, making every bite a journey through flavour, history, and cherished memories.
Will you ever release a hard copy cookbook?
We definitely plan to! We want to work with the right suppliers to bring this to life though, which will take time to find. Please feel free to email us if you have any contacts in this space. :)
What language does the cookbook come in?
It only comes in English for now.
We are however, planning to release a French version as soon as possible! In the meantime, if you'd like the recipes in another language, feel free to use ChatGPT to help translate them into your preferred language.
Our Story
I started sharing videos of my grandpa cooking in 2021, never expecting his warm, skillful approach to touch the hearts of so many people.
Growing up, I cherished time in my grandparents’ kitchen, where my grandmother’s magic and grandpa’s steady presence shaped my love of food.
When she passed, I expected to take over the cooking whenever I visited grandpa, but to my surprise, he quietly stepped into her role, adding his own thoughtful touches to her recipes.
Watching his methodical, heart-filled approach was so moving that I couldn’t help but step back and let him take over the kitchen.Then one day, I filmed him cooking - just to capture the moment.
His warmth and charm resonated with people everywhere online, and now, with over 200 million views, and thousands of requests for a cookbook later, here we are!
